Product Id Description
MT AC-8810 MT AC 8810 is a Low-Odor, very fast setting, two part, 1:1 acrylic adhesive system. It is a toughened structural adhesive with virtually no odor when compared with traditional acrylic adhesives. This adhesive has excellent shear and peel strength along with good impact resistance and durability. It can quickly bond to most metals, ceramics, rubbers, plastics, composites and wood with minimal surface preparation.

Product Id Description
MT EP 120 MT EP 120 is a two component, ambient temperature cure, high viscosity elastomer modified structural epoxy adhesive with extended work life . This system exhibits excellent mechanical, electrical, chemical and thermal shock resistance properties. It has a convenient 2:1 by volume mix ratio. It is recommended for very demanding applications which require high impact and peel strength . It bonds dissimilar materials such as aluminum, steel and other metals, as well as a variety of plastics and ceramics. MT EP 121 is a 25 minute gel time version of the EP 120.

Product Id Description
MT EP 190 MT EP 190 is a two-component, room Temperature cure epoxy adhesive system. This structural,1:1 by volume ratio, adhesive has an excellent combination of very high peel and shear strength. It has found wide acceptance in bonding metals, ceramics, thermoplastics and wood where high peel strength along with thermal shock and vibration resistance is required. MT EP 191 and EP 192 are a 50 min gel time and an unfilled version of the EP 190 respectively.

MT EP 460

Product Id Description
MT EP 460 MT® EP 460 is a two component, ambient temperature cure, structural epoxy adhesive. This “elastomer modified” system exhibits an excellent combination of tensile shear and peel strength. Some other outstanding qualities are impact strength, toughness and torque resistance. It is largely recommended for very demanding applications like bonding aluminum frames of bicycles, turbine blades on windmills, composite bodies of race cars and helicopters, golf clubs, steel cores in transformers, etc. MT EP 420 is a 25 min gel time version of the adhesive.

This epoxy adhesive system has an excellent combination of shear strength, peel strength, and fatigue resistance. MT EP-714 is the un-filled version of the adhesive.

The fast drying time, cured system can be sanded within a few hours. It is designed for a variety of adhesive applications including automotive bumper repair. This system has displayed excellent bond strength to a variety of substrates including EPDM, PP, PUR, RIM, RRIM, SMC, TPO, TPE, and galvanized, galvaneal, or galvalume metals in addition to plastics, concrete and wood. This material is FDA Class VI compliant with all the individual ingredients listed in FDA regulations 21 CFR 177.2600.

MT PU 2902 MT PU 2902 is a two-component, room temperature cure, polyurethane adhesive system. It is rapid setting system and has a convenient 1:1 mix ratio by weight and volume. The cured system has excellent abrasion resistance and can be sanded within 10 minutes. It also lends itself to non-structural repairs.This system has excellent bond strength to a variety of other substrates including EPDM, PP, PUR, RIM, RRIM, SMC, TPO, TPE, and fiberglass galvanized, galvaneal, or galvalume metals in addition to concrete and wood. REZ-CURE® PU 2915 and PU 2924 systems, are the 60-90 second and 3-5 minute gel time versions of the PU 2902 respectively.
